Application Name
Please provide your application name which you want to onboard into Bayer LiveKit
Application (Client) ID
Your Entra app registration's Application (client) ID, found under Azure Portal → App registrations → Overview. This is the identity that will be granted access.

Must be a GUID.

Additional contact mail_id
Please provide a backup contact person who can be reached in your absence or while you are on holiday.
Type of deployment
If you are new to Bayer LiveKit, please select Non-Prod. Once you have completed your testing and feel comfortable with the environment, you can submit a separate request to onboard to Prod.

You will receive simultaneous access to both the EU and US environments. Please ensure you configure the correct regional URL within your application code based on your target audience.
